A few pictures of my coastal home to celebrate the end of a huge remodeling project.
Once heavily covered with green paint the front entry door now has a fresh new look, reflecting the color of the coastal waterway.
Mixed and matched. An old wood table that my husband made from a church bench pew, armless tulip chairs and a playful chandelier found at Ikea.
This pair of antique oars was supposed to go on a wall but since I am still unsure on how to actually arrange and hang them they're posing in this corner.
I could not have imagined any other tub for this old Dutch Colonial home than a claw foot one, and it's very comfortable too.
A peak into the orange room, a mixed use space that I painted and decorated in the colors I found in local Quahog shells.
The Blue Decorating theme of the master bedroom was inspired by the ocean painting you see.
And the view. We lived in this coastal home from 2007 - 2011.
