The original octopus triptych is a copperplate engraving by Lord Bodner and was published in 1826 in London as part of a series studying creatures of the deep. Here are two DIY versions of the octopus triptych.
Both DIY projects are using the Free Octopus Clip Art from The Graphics Fairy.

The octopus triptych is hung over an Old Window Frame above the sofa.
This approach is different. Three separate images were created from the same graphic, printed out poster size Kinko's. The graphic of this octopus triptych was painted blue, then glued onto wood panels from Home Depot, sealed with a clear coat. You find all the details at 1922 House. Note:
