Easy Decorative Pumpkin Craft with Rope

Celebrating the season with a rope pumpkin.

I saw this easy decorative pumpkin craft idea with rope somewhere and gave it a try.

I found a cardboard shipping tube in the basement to use as the base. I cut the piece to size and wrapped it. Soon I realized that I didn't have enough rope. And even if I did, it would take me forever to build up bulk.

So I started over, using heavy duty rope. Then I added the other rope on top.

I completed my mini rope pumpkin with a driftwood stem and a small shell.
